Dear Richard,
I would like to take this opportunity to thank-you for the excellent job you and your employees have just completed at our care home.
I must say it has been a pleasure to have you around, you have all been very mindful to respect the Residents that live here. On many occasions the Residents have spoken very highly of you all, and have enjoyed seeing you working. It has been so nice to hear you take the time to chat with the Residents when they have been sitting in the garden.
The work has been carried out to the highest standard and we would be pleased to ask you to carry out further work here in the future. Its so nice to see professionals take a pride in their work.
